The parallel dialer places multiple outbound calls at once from a contact group. Voicemail and non-answers are filtered out; the first live conversation routes to you.

Included on Growth, Scale, and Team plans.
Start a session
- Open Dialer in the sidebar
- Select a contact group (or open from a contact or task)
- Choose 2–5 parallel lines and a bridge mode:
- Phone — ripdr rings your callback number, then bridges the connected prospect - Browser — answer in the in-app softphone
- Confirm compliance acknowledgment and start
Outbound lines
Each parallel line uses a separate caller ID from your active numbers. If you need more lines than you have provisioned, ripdr prompts you to add numbers before the session starts.
Wrap-up
After a connect, log a disposition (connected, callback, not interested, and others). Notes save to the contact record and the dialer advances through your queue.
