Practice Room

Practice Room is a voice simulator: you play the sales rep and ripdr's AI plays the prospect.

When to use it

• Rehearse cold opens and objection handling
• Practice callback conversations after a ringless touch
• Warm up before parallel-dialer or click-to-call sessions

Start a session

Open Practice in the sidebar, choose a scenario (skeptical buyer, gatekeeper, callback, and others), then pick how you want to talk:

• Browser mic — talk through your computer (default)
• Call my phone — ripdr rings your verified callback number; answer like a real callback

Both options record a transcript and generate a coaching scorecard when the session ends.

Callback number

Phone practice uses the callback number from Settings. Verify it with the SMS code before your first phone session.

Credits

Practice uses voicemail credits — the same pool as ringless drops:

• 2 credits minimum reserved when you start (released if the call never connects)
• ~4 credits per minute while the session is live, billed in 15-second chunks
• 10-minute cap per session
• Phone mode: billed from when you answer — ring time is free

Failed sessions, unanswered rings, and bridge errors do not charge beyond the released reserve.

Manual call tasks include a Practice first link so you can rehearse before placing a live call.

Note Practice only calls your verified number in phone mode. Use the parallel dialer or click-to-call for live outreach to prospects.
