Outbound caller IDs are managed on the Numbers page. Each plan includes a set number of lines; additional lines bill monthly at your plan rate.
Included lines
| Plan | Lines included |
|---|---|
| Starter | 1 |
| Growth | 5 |
| Scale | 15 |
ripdr provisions lines after checkout, preferring your callback area code when numbers are available.
Rotation and pacing
Ringless drops and missed calls spread volume across your active lines. Per-number pacing and cooldowns run automatically for new contacts and bulk rotation — you do not configure them in the UI.
Once a contact has an assigned line, ripdr keeps using that same caller ID for them (drops, sequences, and call-backs) even when rotation would rest that line for other work. See Number familiarity & call back.
Note Additional lines increase daily throughput and support higher parallel-dialer line counts. Ringless voicemail works with a single active line.
Add or remove lines
Search by area code on the Numbers page, confirm billing for extras, and assign to your organization. Removing a line updates your subscription quantity.
Labels
Assign a short nickname to each line (for example, a city or territory) so your team can identify caller IDs during parallel dialing.
Callback number
Set in Settings. Used for inbound callback forwarding and parallel-dialer phone bridge mode.
