Sequences automate ringless voicemails and missed-call outreach on a schedule, with optional callback auto-pause when a prospect calls you back.

Build a sequence
- Open Sequences → New
- Tap each step in the list — choose Voicemail (needs a recording) or Missed call (no audio)
- Set spacing, enroll cool-down, calling window, and optional scheduled start
- Save as draft before every voicemail step has audio
Enroll contacts
Select contacts on Contacts and choose Add to sequence, or enroll from the sequence detail view.
Each step uses the contact's assigned ripdr line when they have one, so every touch in the sequence shows the same caller ID. See Number familiarity & call back.
Callback handling
When a prospect calls you back and the call connects to your callback number, active enrollments pause automatically. Resume or cancel from the sequence review UI.
Tip If inbound forwarding is disabled, callbacks still log for manual review but sequences are not auto-paused.
