Contacts and imports

Every campaign and dialer session targets contacts in your ripdr workspace — not ad-hoc CSV uploads at send time.

Import a file

1. Open Contacts → Import
2. Upload CSV or XLSX (multiple files supported per session)
3. Map columns — use Remap with AI for non-standard headers
4. Assign a group (required). Create a new group inline if needed.

ripdr deduplicates on email, phone tail, and name-plus-company. Multiple phone columns on one row become Phone 1 / 2 / 3 on a single contact.

HubSpot sync

Connect with a private app token in Settings. Sync pulls contacts into a group you choose. Optional campaign setting pushes drop outcomes to HubSpot contact notes.

Slack callback alerts

Connect Slack under Settings → Integrations to post inbound callback alerts to a team channel. See Slack callback alerts for setup, channel selection, and private-channel /invite @ripdr steps.

Groups

Groups are the unit for campaign targeting and table filters. Rename or delete groups from the filter bar. Deleting a group can optionally remove all contacts inside it.

Multi-phone outreach

ripdr dials the best line first. If Phone 1 fails or is screened, alternate numbers wait at least four hours before the next attempt on the same message.

Clean list for ringless

See which numbers are mobile, landline, or VoIP before you campaign:

• Phone column — badge under each number (Mobile, Landline, Not checked, Won't ringless)
• Line type filter — Not checked, Ringless-ready, Won't ringless, Mobile, Landline, VoIP
• Clean list — bulk action on selected contacts, or Clean this group when a group filter is active
• After import — optional Clean list for ringless button on the import success screen

Carrier lookup costs one voicemail credit per unidentified line. Results are saved on the contact and reused for free. Contacts are never deleted — landlines stay in your CRM but are held from ringless campaigns until you release them.
